Learn more about the Genetic Counseling Master's degree program at Sarah Lawrence College. Established in 1969, the program was the first of its kind in the United States. It remains the largest graduate program in genetic counseling in the world. RSVP here.

The Child Development Institute facilitates a play program called Community Adventure Play Experience or CAPE. CAPEs provide children the opportunity to create their own play experiences out of recycled materials. Every semester, CDI offers a CAPE series at the Yonkers Riverfront Library which is open to library patrons and the larger community.

This Educational Series hosted by the Sarah Lawrence College Graduate Program in Human Genetics will discuss the experience after the diagnosis for patients with rare diseases and for genetic counselors who care for these individuals. The series will move through the current state of therapeutics in the US, examples of disorders with well-established therapeutics, ethical and logistical challenges with access to therapeutics, and the explore the patient experience. Lastly, the series will attempt to project some possible future challenges and technologies related to rare disease therapeutics. REGISTER HERE.

This information session is for prospective graduate students interested in the Theatre MFA program. The Zoom event will be hosted by the Theatre Program and will have information from Caden Manson (Program Director), Lauren Reinhard (Program Manager), and a current graduate student.
